Warranty Policy
Return your order
You can return your order within 7 days after delivery, provided that it is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging. Additionally, the products must be returned without any damage and including their respective accessories. The return shipping is at your own expense. We cannot accept returns of custom-made rims, rims that have been specially ordered for you, or pre-mounted rim sets. Please note that you must not initiate a return without first contacting us.
Force majeure
ABS Wheels is not to be held responsible in case delivery is not possible due to circumstances beyond our control, such as epidemics, war, riots, fires, natural disasters (e.g., snowstorms, floods, volcanic eruptions preventing flights, etc.).
Shipping damage and incorrect products:
All products must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Shipping damage must be reported directly to the carrier at the time of receipt. Incorrect or defective products must be reported to ABS Wheels within 7 days and returned according to the instructions on the website.
The product must be in its original packaging, with accessories and without damage. Returns without prior notification may incur a handling fee. If the product is not faulty, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a handling fee. Hidden defects must be reported as soon as they are discovered, but no later than within 7 days.
Images on the site
If there is a tire mounted on the rim/wheel, it is for illustration purposes only. Rims/Wheels that appear more concave in the pictures are for illustration purposes only. If you want to be 100% certain about the depth and width of the rims/wheels, please contact us. You can find all contact information under 'contact details'.

We collect the following information when you place an order:
First and last name: to know who will pick up the package from the Postnord representative.
Personal information: linked to your warranty and to protect us against warranties.
Phone number: to be able to process your order and contact you in case of errors.
Email: We use your email address to send a confirmation email when you have ordered, and for further communication regarding your order.
All personal information is stored in our encrypted database. All documents are deleted after your warranty with us has expired. If you wish for us to delete your information, we will, of course, do so within 72 hours.
ABS Wheels reserves the right, at the final sale, for delivery delays, and for any image or typographical errors on the website, such as errors in product descriptions or technical specifications, incorrect prices or price adjustments, or incorrect information regarding item availability. We reserve the right to modify the information on the website at any time to correct any errors, as well as update or change the information on the website in other ways.
